MARRAM will process your order within 2-3 days given they are in stock.
If you placed your order on a weekend or bank holiday it will not ship till the following weekday.
If tracking was requested, you will receive a tracking number once shipped.
Domestic: Most domestic parcels (Depending on size and weight) ship Priority Mail by the French Postal Service LE POSTE COLISSIMO and take generally 2-3 days (tracking included)
However if otherwise stated or requested, items can be shipped recorded with tracking.
International: Most international parcels (depending on size and weight) ship Priority Mail (No tracking) by LA POSTE or Colissimo (with tracking)
Europe: 3-5 working days
International: 5-14 working days
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for additional customs/fees/duties/tariffs/taxes that your country may enforce so please check prior to purchasing.
All Marram orders are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes and sent in compostable mailing bags.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?
We gladly accept Returns however shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
Returns must be made within 14 days. We do not accept damaged or used items.
Your refund will be issued once we have received the returned merchandise.
All limited edition and discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned. Sorry!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes of course! All our orders are wrapped with care and our silk scarves come with a natural cotton drawstring sack, perfect for storage or reuse however
If you have purchased multiple items and would like them gift wrapped separately, please get in touch so we can arrange that.
WHICH FABRICS ARE USED?
We only use textiles from naturally derived fibres, including linen, cotton and silk. All sewing thread is 100% cotton.
We use good quality YKK zip fastenings for all cushions, bags and pouches.
Our labels are made from organic unbleached cotton.
WHAT KIND OF DYES DO YOU USE?
All Fabric is hand dyed in small batches by yours truly. We use a combination of natural dyes extracts & minerals, food waste and locally foraged plant matter.
Please note that due to spontaneity of the dyeing process colours do vary. This can be due to various factors including temperature, PH of water content, plant variety, slight change in dye ratio etc.
You may notice slight colour shifts or inconsistency on each items, this again is all part of the by-hand dyeing process. We cannot replicate the exact same colour, pattern or motif ever so know that each item is completely unique and will never be the same again!
